Use of the app

VHSify lets you convert videos into VHS-styled exports. You are responsible for the videos you choose, convert, save, and share.

VHSifyは、利用者が選択した動画をVHS風に変換して書き出すアプリです。選択、変換、保存、共有する動画については、利用者自身が責任を負います。

Your content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to process and share any video you use with VHSify. Do not use the app to create, store, or share content that violates laws, platform rules, or another person's rights.

VHSifyで処理または共有する動画について、必要な権利と許可を取得してください。法令、プラットフォーム規則、第三者の権利に反するコンテンツの作成、保存、共有には使用しないでください。

Advertising and purchases

VHSify may show ads, including ads that appear before a conversion starts. The current app does not sell paid app features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

If paid digital features, subscriptions, consumables, credits, or other paid app functionality are added later for iOS users, they will be offered through Apple's in-app purchase or other store-required purchase flow where required. Apple's App Store terms, purchase screens, pricing, tax handling, renewal, cancellation, and refund procedures will apply in addition to these terms.

VHSify will not ask iOS users to pay outside the store for digital app features when Apple requires an in-app purchase or store purchase flow.

VHSifyでは広告が表示される場合があり、変換開始前に広告が表示されることがあります。現行版には、有料機能、App内課金、サブスクリプションはありません。

将来、iOS向けに有料デジタル機能、サブスクリプション、消費型アイテム、クレジット等を追加する場合は、Appleが要求するApp内課金またはストアの購入手続きに従って提供します。その場合、価格、税、更新、キャンセル、返金等については、Appleの表示画面およびApp Storeの規約も適用されます。

Refunds and consumer rights

Because the current app does not sell paid app features, VHSify does not currently operate an app-level refund process. If paid features are added later, refund requests, subscription cancellations, and billing disputes must generally be handled through the store or payment provider used for the purchase, such as Apple's App Store purchase history and support process.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights, remedies, or protections that you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

現行版には有料機能がないため、VHSify独自の返金手続きは現在ありません。将来有料機能が追加された場合、返金申請、サブスクリプションの解約、請求に関する問い合わせは、原則としてAppleの購入履歴やサポート手続きなど、購入したストアまたは決済事業者の手続きに従います。

本規約は、消費者契約法その他の適用法令により利用者に認められる強行的な権利、救済、保護を制限するものではありません。

Availability, updates, and end of features

VHSify depends on operating systems, device capabilities, storage, media frameworks, app store rules, Google AdMob, consent tools, and other external SDKs or services. Changes to those systems may cause some features, ads, consent flows, exports, or supported devices to be limited, changed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued.

We may update, suspend, retire, or stop supporting part or all of the app, including specific features, ad formats, older operating system versions, device models, or distribution channels. We may require an app update to keep using certain features. Where practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes, but urgent security, legal, platform, or technical issues may require faster changes.

VHSifyは、OS、端末機能、ストレージ、メディア処理機能、App Storeの規則、Google AdMob、同意管理ツール、その他の外部SDKやサービスに依存しています。これらの変更により、一部機能、広告、同意取得フロー、書き出し、対応端末が制限、変更、一時停止、終了する場合があります。

特定機能、広告形式、古いOS、端末、配信経路を含め、アプリの一部または全部について、更新、停止、終了、サポート終了を行うことがあります。重要な変更については可能な範囲で合理的な通知を行うよう努めますが、セキュリティ、法令、プラットフォーム、技術上の理由により、事前通知なく対応する場合があります。

VHSify is provided as available. Video processing can vary by device, operating system, source file, and available storage.

VHSifyは現状有姿で提供されます。動画処理の結果や動作は、端末、OS、元動画、空き容量などにより異なる場合があります。
