Overview
Zip2Book for Android is a local archive bookshelf app. You choose image archive files from your Android device, and the app extracts supported pages so they can be managed and read as books on the same device.
Information handled by the app
Zip2Book asks you to select archive files only so it can import them into your bookshelf. Selected archive files, extracted page images, cover choices, titles, reading direction, reading progress, page notes, import fingerprints, and related bookshelf settings are stored locally on your device.
Zip2Book does not operate its own account system and does not upload your selected archives, extracted pages, covers, notes, or reading progress to a Zip2Book server.
During import, Zip2Book may ask whether to keep the original archive. If you turn that option off, the app deletes the selected source archive from the location that Android allows the app to access after import.
Advertising
Zip2Book uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google and its partners may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, ad interaction data, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
Learn more about how Google uses data from apps that use its services at Google's partner sites policy.
Purchases
The current Android version uses a local Pro unlock during testing and does not process real payments inside the app. If paid Google Play Billing features are added later, payment processing will be handled by Google Play under Google's terms and policies.
Children
Zip2Book is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to use apps with advertising in your region.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the app changes. The updated date above shows when this page was last revised.
